Bitcoin devs push quantum-safe transactions without softforks while Tether launches local-first AI SDK; DVLT confirms $750M tokenization deals and CT eyes Hormuz tankers for macro signals.

The Story So Far

The quantum-safe Bitcoin story first surfaced this morning with a prototype wallet and now sees a no-softfork transaction method trending, showing rapid dev iteration. DVLT’s $750M tokenization figure—already reported in the a.m. edition—gets fresh detail on IBM, CLEAR and NYIAX plumbing, underscoring TradFi’s infrastructure build-out. Meanwhile, CT’s Hormuz-tanker meme (born from prior macro jokes) graduates to live shipping data feeds, cementing Middle-East oil flows as a crypto trading input. Together these threads show: tech upgrades, institutional pipes and war-time macro are converging on traders’ dashboards.

DVLT Locks $750M Tokenization Contracts

Datavault AI guides Q1 deals backed by Vanguard, BlackRock, IBM and NYIAX, signaling Wall St acceleration of on-chain assets.

UPDATE ! NASDAQ: $DVLT is dropping a HUGE announcement ! They just put out a release saying it signed $750 million in tokenization contracts in Q1 2026, with about $77 million in associated fees tied to banking, IP licensing, token minting, and related services. The company said this supports its $200 million full-year 2026 revenue guidance. (Datavault AI Inc.) What makes this more serious is the broader setup around the company. DVLT has publicly highlighted growing institutional ownership from firms including Vanguard, State Street, and BlackRock, and third-party ownership pages also show Morgan Stanley among reported holders. Datavault’s own March 2026 release said Vanguard had grown to about 11.8 million shares, State Street to about 10.0 million shares, and BlackRock to about 4.1 million shares, based on public filings. (Datavault AI Inc.) On the partnership side, the company has announced work involving IBM, CLEAR, and NYIAX. Datavault said it joined IBM Partner Plus in March 2025, with IBM watsonx tied to its AI-driven monetization stack, and later said IBM committed 20,000 hours of solution-architect and AI-engineering support, which Datavault valued at $5 million. Datavault also announced a CLEAR integration for KYC and identity verification, and described NYIAX as a platform built on the Nasdaq financial framework, with a later definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX announced in March 2026. (Datavault AI Inc.) So the point is not just that DVLT released a big number. The point is that the company is trying to build around that number with institutional visibility, identity/KYC infrastructure, IBM-backed AI tooling, and NYIAX technology that Datavault has explicitly tied to Nasdaq-linked market infrastructure. That does not guarantee success, but it does make this more than a random headline. (Datavault AI Inc.) Disclaimer: This is not financial advice. Stocks can lose value, and you can lose money.
